Our Board

Our board is comprised of specially selected experts from a range of fields who are passionate about lending their expertise to guide best practice to ensure that we fulfill our mission - providing support to injured NSWPF officers.

Alice Stevenson

Founder

Alice joined the NSW Police Force in 2012 after obtaining her bachelor's degree in forensic biology from UTS.  During her 10 years in the police, Alice worked at Kings Cross LAC, Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit and Western Sydney Crime Scene.  In 2022, Alice was medically discharged due to PTSD and so has intimate knowledge of the medical discharge process and the unnecessary stress it can place on the officer leading to detrimental mental health consequences.

As the Founder & Director of the Board, Alice utilises her lived-experience with the medical discharge process, and her connection with clients and their experiences to guide the board's decision making and policies, ensuring that the mission statement of Signal 2 is at the heart of every decision.
